Project Row Houses, a Houston, Texas-based organization had a clear vision for how it intended to use their grant. The organization worked with staff from Jewett Consulting to develop objectives and strategies around leadership and  fund development as well as program evaluation.  Sterling Associates was also sub-contracted to assist in the implementation of a fund development strategy. The remainder of the grant funds were used towards much-needed technology upgrades to computers and software.
