Over a period of four years, Aurora Picture Show which is based in Houston, Texas, received funding towards a range of events, equipment and consulting. Early on, the organization focused on building its technology resources and purchasing software. They then allocated funds towards staff development, through a staff retreat as well as attending the Art House Convergence conference.  In 2011, funds were directed towards a capital campaign and further upgrades to technology. In the final year of funding, the organization worked with Sterling Associates to explore fundraising, facilities, governance, programs and marketing.
